OUR MISSION The Southern Illinois Criminal Justice Training Program, Mobile Team Unit 15, strives to improve the quality of law enforcement services provided by its member agencies through the delivery of high quality law enforcement training to the individual members of those agencies. MTU 15 also strives to increase the level of officer safety and to reduce potential liability, for both the individual members and their agencies, through the delivery of such training. |
