Enrollment Requirements
Retried Law Enforcement Officers who are eligible to qualify for Retired Officer Concealed Carry under Federal Law (HR 218), and who wish to qualify with I.R.O.C.C., must make application for "pre-certification" directly with the I.R.O.C.C. office in Springfield.

After precertification is accomplished the retired officer must then telephone the I.R.O.C.C. office to schedule the date, time and location of their qualification shoot.

Your qualification shoot time is scheduled by the I.R.O.C.C. office with 12 shooters per two hour time block.
Time blocks begin at 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Our Mission

The Southern Illinois Criminal Justice Training Program,
Mobile Team Unit 15, strives to improve the quality of law enforcement services provided by its member agencies through the delivery of high quality law enforcement training to the individual members of those agencies.

MTU 15 also strives to increase the level of officer safety and to reduce potential liability, for both the individual members and their agencies, through the delivery of such training.
